Who We Are

THE NEST — A Women, led space built on heart, intuition, and real work.

Women who no longer want to be everything to everyone, just true to themselves.

This isn’t a traditional corporate team.

It’s a growing circle of women who believe in creating something deeper. Women who want to create something real. Something that feels like a soft place to land, not another pressure cooker dressed up as “wellness.”

A growing collective of women from different backgrounds who bring their own kind of magic. Some dream. Some build. Some design, organise, nurture, challenge, and hold space. All bringing their skills to the table (along with snacks, usually)

Together, we’re building more than a NEST, we’re building a new way to be.

We’re building a community that’s women-led, heart-first, and unapologetically human.

It’s not about ticking boxes.

It’s about creating something that feels like home and making space for more women to bring their brilliance in.

The NEST is where we start again.

Softly. Together. For real, for everyone ready to come home to themselves.

Aradhana Sayal

The North Star (Visionkeeper & Soul Whisperer)

She dreamt up The NEST from a deep place, a space she carved out after years of doing and giving and holding it all together.

Aradhana is the magnetic pull at the center of The NEST. She dreams in purpose, steers by intuition, and creates the kind of safety that lets others finally exhale.

She holds the soul of this space, stirring the sacred, naming the unnamed, and building a world where coming home to yourself is not a luxury, but a birthright.

What she really does:

Channels the vision
Writes, shapes, and births every detail with the utmost care for detail.
Walks barefoot between the sacred and the strategy
Refuses to do things the “normal” way and that’s exactly the point
Makes sure everything feels honest, safe, and alive

Bindiya Hassaram

The Threadweaver (Bridge Builder & Human Glue)

If The NEST is a soft rebellion, Bindiya is the whisperer behind the scenes, making sure the rebellion lands on time, in the right place, with the right snacks.

She reads between the lines, holds space for people to feel seen, and brings the calm to the cosmic.

She connects. She coordinates. She smooths the edges so the magic flows.

What she really does:

HR, PR, and emotional CPR
Keeps the team nesty and not messy
Liaises, listens, and lands the details
Has a sixth sense for who’s needed, when, and why.
Is the calm in the storm

Jasleen Kaur

The Shape Shifter (Visual Poet & Design Witch)

Jasleen doesn’t just design. She translates feeling into form. She takes THE NEST soul language and turns it into textures, palettes, and symbols that hum with familiarity.

She’s the dragonfly’s wings, the frangipani in bloom, the earthy hush between words.

What she really does:

Crafts the entire visual DNA of The NEST
Balances the mystical and the minimal
Makes “soft” look powerful
Turns brand into embodiment
Makes sure everything looks as good as it feels

FACILITATORS

The NEST brings together an experienced team of facilitators who are deeply rooted in their practice and dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment. Their collective expertise supports your personal renewal and reconnection

Lubina Agarwal

(Facilitator for our Jan 2026 retreat)

Like fingerprints, no two ailments are ever the same, likewise, no two treatments can be identical. Honoring this individuality, Lubina brings together a unique blend of therapies, remedies, and techniques to support deep and lasting healing.

Lubina is a practitioner with over 25 years of professional experience, trained in Homeopathy (LCH, U.K.), Chirokinetic Therapy (CKT, U.K.), Life Force Healing (LFH, U.K.), Reiki, and Karuna Reiki. She is also an experienced Spiritual Response Therapist and Tarot practitioner. As the founder of Lubina Remedies, she has developed a specialized range of natural remedies and unique compounds (ESC), informed by decades of clinical practice. Based in Mumbai, she directs a multi-disciplinary clinic and facilitates a fortnightly Moon Meditation Circle, providing a reflective and restorative space in rhythm with the lunar cycle.

Dr Sally Mounir

Sister of Deep Waters

Sally carries the gift of creating spaces where women feel safe to breathe, soften, and rediscover themselves. From the very first whispers of The NEST, when it was still just a thought, she offered her insight, guidance, and heart, helping shape what it would become.

She believes healing is not a one-size-fits-all path but a deeply personal journey, and gently guides each soul to build her own “toolbox” of strength, trust, and self love.

At The NEST, Sally is an anchor of safety and a compass of truth, reminding us that softness is not weakness ; it is where real growth begins.

Serena Van Rensselaer

Sister of Outreach & Creativity

Serena is a jewelry designer and art educator from the Catskills, where the rhythms of nature breathe life into her work. She thrives on collaboration, creating moments of beauty, connection, and wonder through her art, jewelry, and community projects.

With years of experience as an Atelierista in New York City, she has guided children and adults alike to explore, play, and express themselves through creativity. At The Nest, Serena brings this same spirit, helping share our story and extend our reach, weaving art, storytelling, and gentle outreach so more hearts may find their way home.

Tammy J. Cohen

Sister of Fire

A sister of fire, Tammy brings warmth, clarity, and fierce heart to The NEST Council. She is the award-winning author of Text Messages to My Sons, a love-letter on connection, and the force behind Women Beyond the Table podcast, where women share their stories of challenges and triumphs, and created their own path of success.

Through her company, TC Brand Consulting, she helps stories find their soul and strategy.

At The NEST, Tammy has been a guiding flame from the very beginning ; offering insight, vision, and the kind of truth that lights the path forward.

Ashima Kumar

Sister of Art and Reflection

A member of The NEST Council, Ashima brings with her the language of art as awareness. A contemporary artist whose work hums with both heritage and modernity, she weaves the intricate rhythm of Indian folk patterns with the meditative grace of Japanese Shodo calligraphy.

Her creations invite quiet introspection and connection to the unseen layers within us. Through her fine line work and expressive form, Ashima bridges ancient tradition with the fluid pulse of today’s world, turning art into a living meditation.

At The NEST, her presence reminds us that awareness can be painted, silence can take shape, and every line can lead us closer home.
